Project 2: Kew,
Complete Refurbishment

This 8 month project completely renovated a large 4 bedroom Victorian property in the heart of Kew. The entire house was gutted and every surface taken down to bare brick or lathes and plaster before completely re-wiring, re-plumbing, plastering and decorating. The loft was converted (including the fitting of a dormer), the basement dug out, an internal wall removed, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms fitted, a wet room installed, sash windows throughout renovated, floorboards renovated and sanded, and last but not least we removed the entire back of the house, extended out 5 meters and constructed a concertina doored conservatory. Busy times! Everything you see in the pictures opposite was undertaken by ourselves.
