From our base in Castelnau-Magnoac we are now taking on full renovation and conversion projects in Hautes-Pyrenees (65), Gers (32) and Haute-Garonne (31).

We are members of the European Builders Confederation. Philipe is bi-lingual and a French national.

The photos are of our current project to renovate a typical farmhouse of the area. Work has obviously not yet begun, but the project is to convert the attached rear barn and integrate this into the living accommodation at the front of the house. The plans are for a large open plan family living space/kitchen/dining area integrating the original bread oven and fire place into the kitchen. Also on the ground floor will be a new study, separate reading room/formal lounge, children’s play room and shower room/cloakroom. On the first floor two new bedrooms are to be created together with an additional bathroom and en-suite. A mezzanine 1st floor hall will integrate with the family area below.
